Sunny Sunday

We ventured down to the new Olympic Sculpture Park in Seattle on this very fabulous sunny Sunday. Lauren enjoyed her view from the backpack and Kevin got a lot of good exercise!

Then Grandma Cindy & Granpda Mike met us at the park. We thought we'd be brave and try the swings and the slide again but no luck... she's still a scaredy cat- just like her mamma!

Grandpa got her in the swing for about 5 seconds before she started to panic! Oh well, it was still a great day outside together!

Baby Hugs

Lauren loves hugging her baby, and she also loves carrying her baby in her mouth... both very sweet qualities we think!

Swing Practice

Lauren is a bit of a scaredy cat when it comes to the swings at the park... actually she HATES them! So we are practicing swinging at home in her once loved baby swing. She didn't like it at first, but as you can see it is growing on her. Maybe we'll be ready for the real swings sometime soon!

Babies, Babies, & More Babies!

Trying to get a picture with multiple babies is hard! Especially when Miss Lauren would rather grab at the babies!

Now that she has hair...it is crazy hair!

Safety First!

Lauren got her new BIG GIRL car seat but she would like to read the safety manual first to make sure we do everything right! She fits perfectly in our family!!

Bathing Beauties!

Lauren and her friend Haley went swimming together at the Redmond Pool today. It was Lauren's first time in a real pool, Haley is an experienced swimmer though, so she helped Lauren be brave! They had fun splashing in the water together!

We're both so talented!

Lauren & Mamma are both pretty good at the "how big is the baby" trick. Though Lauren is now refusing to do it. Whenever we say, "how big is the baby" she shakes her head no... that is SO last week!

Lauren & Hadley

Their first "attempt" at playing together! Lauren still hasn't really figured out that Hadley isn't a toy. She even tried to eat her head today.

A Day at Sea

Lauren is such a pro at boating Grandpa let her have a turn driving. Shall we call her "Captain Lauren" from now on?

Lauren did not love her life jacket, but she'll get used to it because mommy & daddy aren't about to give up on that rule!

Easter Dress

Miss Lauren wasn't quite sure what to think of her Easter dress. It was kind of tricky to crawl around in but hey, it looked cute. The sacrifices we girls make for beauty!!
