We found kid yoga On Demand last week and it is so much fun!
Ben wasn't so into it, but Lauren loved it!

I love the kid yoga! I've done it a couple of times w/Kelsey. I think I get more out of it than she does ;)
I adore the "Namaste" pic of Miss Lauren.
I think lululemon does yoga classes for free for toddlers too. I haven't been brave enough to go yet :-)
