We went to the Bothell Community Easter Egg Hunt and it was interesting. Lauren and Hadley were a bit overwhelmed and didn't know what to do. Ryan is trying to show Hadley that there is chocolate inside these eggs so she'll actually go hunt. The girls pretty much just stood in one place.
I LOVED that Hadley brought her purse instead of her Easter basket. This girl is oozing with style already!
Lauren with her pretty much empty basket. Once they said go every parent stormed on the field, it was wild! The hunt was for 1- 3 year olds so we assumed that meant kids only. A little crazy to see a field full of nutty parents grabbing eggs but whatever!
Meeting the Easter Bunny. She was too scared to hug him but it was no big deal to get candy out of his basket!

Sounds about like our Hunt, too. (except we also had crazy 7 year olds barging in on the 0-3 area and taking the eggs, too). Oh, well, at least Lauren got some good stuff from the bunny, too.
I can't believe those parents. People are SO weird. . .
Cute boots Val. Marie has a pair really similar but I think you may wear yours more often.
